Balance update 1.0

Small balance changes for this patch

changes:

• frowny frog increased dps, cheaper to upgrade, and does more shield damage (especially when upgraded)
• Chunky fly has less hp but more shield
• fixy frog is slightly more expensive to buy but his trash lingers for longer
• wave spawn amounts have been adjusted
• changed hp damage to player from certain flies 
• lowered hp of fatty fly and fat fly
• increased speed of fast fly
• very slightly decreased love frogs damage (not rly noticeable)

I hope these changes make the game more playable and less frustrating. Previously it was mandatory to buy the love frog early game, but now that frowny frog also damages fat shielded enemies , there is a cheaper alternative.  (fixy and sniper and some others still do small amounts of shield damage)
