1.21 update :D

-Increased ammo amounts for all ammo types

-increased perm damage powerup amount by 0.5 (now increasing by 4.5 each time) 

-increased perm mag powerup amount to 10 (previously 7) 

-increased perm speed powerup amount by 1 

-nerfed decrease reload perm powerup by 3, now it only decreases reload speed by 0.2 each time (previously 0.5) 

-Added 1 new enemy type named Special Paul. He is a little slow and struggles to keep up with the others. He starts spewing at wave 5 and shoots guns in bursts of 3 (the bullets move very slowly)
